Welcome to DataShuk, a service provided by Taso Ventures, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website, APIs, or services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Use of Services
DataShuk enables AI-powered shopping, product discovery, and fulfillment via integrations with third-party marketplaces. You may use the Services only in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction.
2. User Accounts
Where applicable, users must provide accurate information and are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of account credentials and all activity under their account.
3. Transactions and Fulfillment
DataShuk facilitates product discovery and purchase orchestration, but final transaction responsibilities—including product delivery, refunds, and support—rest with the marketplace provider. We do not assume liability for third-party vendor performance.
4. Payment Information
Payments are securely processed via third-party providers. We do not store full payment details unless explicitly authorized and handled in accordance with industry standards (e.g., PCI-DSS compliance).
5. Privacy and Data Use
We respect your privacy. By using our Services, you agree to the terms outlined in our Privacy Policy which explains how we collect, use, and share your data.
6. Prohibited Conduct
- Misuse or disrupt the Services
- Access systems or data without authorization
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy service logic
- Use the platform for any illegal or fraudulent activity
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access without notice if you violate these Terms or abuse the platform.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent allowed by law, Taso Ventures, Inc. shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of DataShuk, including but not limited to lost profits or business interruption.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance. The latest version will always be available on our site.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding its conflict of laws provisions.
